Farrel Winds Ranch, Black Forest, Colorado

I am a 4^th generation Colorado native with deep roots in ranching.  In 2022, my family and I moved into my grandparents’ farmhouse and decided to try our own hand with livestock.  We moved forward with yaks based on their hardiness and temperament but also for their meat and fiber.  Being new to yaks, I have spent time visiting several established ranches and enjoy sharing my own learning experiences.  My background includes project management, and I am excited to lend support toward the launch of NAYAK.
